This Privacy Policy explains how Running Premium ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit runningpremium.com, create an account, place an order or contact us. By using our site, you agree to the practices described below.

Order details: shipping address, billing address, items purchased, order history.

Payment information

Card payments are processed directly by our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We only receive a confirmation of payment, the payment method type and the last four digits of the card, so we can identify your order and process refunds.

Information collected automatically

Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
Usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, time spent, referring website, actions taken on the site.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your order), your consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax and consumer law).

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers who need it to perform work on our behalf, and only for that purpose:

Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years after the case is closed.

Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and payment pages are operated by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.

10. Children

Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated accordingly.
