Final Sale
All orders placed with Running Premium are considered final sale once they have been processed.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate orders placed by the customer, incorrect size selections made by the customer, or other buyer-related ordering errors.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Running Premium Customer Care promptly after delivery.
We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the applicable delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can review the shipment.
Claims involving lost or undelivered packages will be handled based on the carrier information and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Duplicate Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout.
If multiple orders are successfully submitted and paid for, each order is treated as a separate authorized purchase.
Duplicate orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
