Ordering, shipping and returns
Every order ships free, with no minimum, and is delivered in 4 to 12 business days, preparation and transit included. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it door to door.
Delivery times are given in business days: weekends and public holidays are not counted. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day, and periods of high demand can add extra time. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.
