Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next 3% FP Blueprint

A marathon racer with the Fast Pack Blueprint graphic, this Alphafly 3 is aimed squarely at the road. The design references Nike's own design sketches, with linework and callouts printed across a pale knit upper, and it ages better than most limited finishes because the base colour stays neutral rather than chasing a seasonal trend.

Place it at the top of a rotation and use it sparingly. The ZoomX midsole is soft and tall, the carbon plate is stiff, and the forefoot air units give a noticeable kick at speed, all of which is wasted on recovery runs. Half marathon and marathon efforts are where it makes sense, ideally with a fast session or two first.
