Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next% 3 Running is mental

Running Is Mental puts a plain piece of race-morning psychology on the side of a shoe built for the hardest part of a marathon. The graphic is small and the colourway mostly restrained, so it does not feel like a novelty release. The Alphafly 3 shape underneath is Nike's current racing platform, unchanged from the standard version.

What you feel is depth and roll. The ZoomX midsole is thick enough to keep the legs fresher late in a race, and the carbon plate and forefoot air units stop the stride from collapsing when fatigue arrives. It asks for a pace you can commit to rather than one you merely hope for, which is worth testing in training.
