Nike Reactx Pegasus Trail 5 Volt Ice

Volt Ice brings a pale upper and bright accents to the ReactX Pegasus Trail 5, the unlined version of the shoe and the better one for warm, dry conditions. ReactX foam keeps the ride responsive over distance, and the moderate tread gives enough bite on gravel and dirt while staying smooth under the foot on tarmac sections.

It is aimed at runners whose routes mix surfaces without getting technical: park paths, gravel tracks, canal banks and the roads that join them. Breathable mesh keeps heat down in summer and drains quickly after a shallow crossing. The lighter upper does show dirt, so an occasional clean keeps the bright finish looking as intended.
