Nike Zoomx Vaporfly Next 4% Glam

Glam is one of the brighter Vaporfly 4 releases, with a metallic sheen across the upper that catches light differently depending on the angle. The shoe beneath is the current racing platform, built on a deeper ZoomX midsole with a carbon plate shaped to smooth the transition from landing through to toe off. The midsole keeps the pale finish Nike uses across the fourth generation range.

Runners moving up from the third generation notice the extra softness first and the steadier heel second. Both help over longer races. The shoe is happiest when you commit to a pace and hold it, so keep it for 10k upward and let a daily trainer handle recovery runs and base mileage.
