The Hyper is the Cloudmonster 3 rebuilt around PEBA. On swapped the standard Helion for Helion HF — much softer at 37.2 AC against 49.9 — removed the Speedboard entirely, and added around 20% more foam. The result is 38 g lighter, 5 mm taller, and dramatically springier: 66.1% energy return at the heel and 69.4% at the forefoot in lab testing, against a Cloudmonster 3 that is deliberately firm.

Why it works

• Helion HF (PEBA) midsole — 66.1% heel / 69.4% forefoot energy return, a large jump over the standard Cloudmonster 3.
• No Speedboard: the ride comes purely from foam, so nothing forces a pace.
• 263 g and 43.4 mm at the heel — lighter and taller than the standard version.
• Wider platform than the Cloudmonster 3 (about 5 mm at both forefoot and heel) for stability at that height.
