The Fast-RB Nitro Elite is Puma's "Rule Breaker": a shoe deliberately built to break the rules of competition. Its stack is 58 mm at the heel — 18 mm above the 40 mm limit World Athletics allows in sanctioned racing — stuffed with NITROFOAM Elite, Puma's most advanced foam, and running not one but three PWRPLATEs. The upper is completely laceless, held by PWRTAPE reinforcement. Puma made 1,000 pairs worldwide.
