The 14 runs a low, close-to-ground platform — 27.3 mm heel and 25.1 mm forefoot in lab testing — so you actually feel the terrain instead of floating over it, with a rock plate underneath for protection when that terrain turns sharp. PWRTRAC rubber with 4.7 mm lugs handles the grip.
