Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next 3% Guave Ice

Guava Ice is a soft coral-pink, one of Nike's recurring warm-weather tones and an easy one to wear. On the Alphafly 3 it takes the edge off a shape that is otherwise quite severe, with the tall midsole walls and exposed forefoot air units still clearly on display from every angle you look at it.

Underfoot nothing has been softened. ZoomX foam, a full-length carbon plate and two Air Zoom pods make this a marathon racer, most efficient when you are holding a pace you have trained for. It is worth running a fast long session in them before using them in a race, simply to get used to the height.
