The Cloudsurfer 2 is defined by its rocker geometry and soft CloudTec pods, a combination that keeps the stride rolling along at easy paces without asking much of the runner.

Use it as the default trainer for most of a week, on tarmac and smooth path, at paces that are supposed to feel comfortable. The upper is simple and breathable, the heel hold is clean, and the outsole carries enough rubber in the high-wear areas to see out a full season of regular road running.
